From Steve Toliver's FB page:
JUST ANNOUNCED. Music on the Bay has just announced their line up for the 2015 4 day Trop Rock music event in Tampa Feb. 26, 27, 28, Mar. 1st. Trop Rock Junkies will be playing on Friday from 2-4PM. Here's the list of performers:
James “Sunny Jim” White
John Frinzi
Latitude
Renn Lauren
Trop Rock Junkies
Jim Asbell & The Tropiholics
The Boat Drunks
Jerry Diaz and Hanna’s Reef
Hiway One
Sauce Boss
Young Rebel Goombas
Jimmy and the Parrots

We have attended this event for the past three years. This is the real deal! The music starts each day at 11am and is continuous until almost midnight. The venue, Whiskey Joe's, is wonderful. The monies raised go to the Shriner's Childrens Hospital. Last year we raised over $31,000. Also, MOTB has been voted Best Trop Rock Event for 2013. More info to come. Here's a little taste of what last year was like:

While we are all shivering from the Lakes to the Gulf, we thought we'd remind everyone that tickets are on sale for the "Trop Rock Event of the Year" three years running.

Less than two weeks until I'm there! Can't wait to get out of the Montana cold. I hope the temperatures are in the 70s!

The ten day forecast is looking good! When do you you arrive? Look for us at the registration table on Thursday 4-630. We will have that silly parrot there to greet you.livingstonbob wrote:Less than two weeks until I'm there! Can't wait to get out of the Montana cold. I hope the temperatures are in the 70s!

Re: Who's Going to the Fourth Annual Music on the Bay?
Looking forward to a great weekend of trop rock and making new friends. If you'd like to volunteer, contact the MOTB committee via their web site. They are looking for volunteers for various activities like security and registration. So far they have raised almost $6000 for Shriner's Children's Hospital through the Palapas auction and the event hasn't even begun yet!livingstonbob wrote:I get in Wed. Night at 10 pm. Re: Who's Going to the Fourth Annual Music on the Bay?
I see the weather is going to be awful. 60 degrees on Wednesday! and only high 60s until Sunday. It's going to so cold on the beach. MOTM was bad when it was 75 degrees four or five yrs ago. Sorry but that's too cold for a beach party. I'm bagging it.
Have a cold one, I mean warm one for me!

You're kidding, right? You're staying away because of the temperatures?
