So much for the bright blue sky. It started raining while I was at the beach so I came home. Pulled into the parking lot, went to check my mail, then ran to the elevator. It's raining so hard, my clothes were soaked and my hair was dripping wet when I got upstairs.
what I really mean . . . I wish you were here

Re: Floundering Friday @ the msc
Happy weekend eve!I'm back from the fishing trip.We ate in one bar that rivaled the one in Pasgugula Run.There were 2 lights on inside. One over the bar and one over a menu board. The door in the Men's room had been punched in,duct taped, punched in again and covered with more tape.We didn't go back.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Aloha -- Re the Facebook/BN thread discussion, I prefer BN and the MSC, but I do lurk on Facebook. I just feel like the BN threads are more intimate, like I am on the same wavelength with people, and Facebook just seems like more chaotic to me, but it's all good. I will admit that I have cut back on BN b/c sometimes it feels like I am p*** in the wind (like no one responds ... ) again, don't take that the wrong way, I guess I just don't post at the right times of the day. I am very careful about what I say or respond to on Facebook b/c I feel like it is mostly people who don't know me so they may misconstrue what I am saying, whereas you guys probably get me by now (harmless and basically fun loving)
I'm just tryin to get by, being quiet and shy, in a world full of pushin and shove

Ive not been posting much lately. Been going thru some major stuff w middle daughter and hubby still having issues finding a job that pays what he used to make. Had to evict the hoarders from our rental so we can try to sell it. So ive been feeling rather depressed. Sorry if this is too personal, but every day seems the same and im feeling quite out of sorts lately, but love checking in amd seeing familar "faces". Today is extra hard 13th anniversary of my baby brothers death from heart disease at age 28. One bright spot is im expecting my 5th grand baby next month. You are my peeps! <3
