I can bring a table if needed, I don't have a tent. I am coming with two others who are first-timers and they will bring a dish to share. We should just do a potluck and put the food out on a table. For those of us travelling from a distance that is way harder. We don't all want to show up with potato salad or something. I can do pretty good at things in the kitchen but if I do not have one I am left with little. That being said I may come up with something to share with the group, (non alcohol) that is easily done in my hotel room or on site. I think we need to make sure that there is enough gas for Tig's grill to start. How big is it? Good question. How big is the grill. I can bring something to toss on the grill and there is Shaw's and we'll have time before heading in to get things. If people are traveling from far away just hold off and see what is needed and buy it at Shaw's before we head into the venue.
And can I assume that we are not going to car-a-van in with any of the clubs? I don't want to get stuck in that random parking lot again.

It's a Coleman camping grill that uses the small propane tank. To give you an idea of size, I can fit about 6-8 burgers on mine. Tig said anyone is welcome to use it.
