Hello out there! Thursday@ the MSC
Good morning BN. I plan on boating a little today, but I'm in no hurry. It's 29 out.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good morning. It's 50 degrees and raining.
I was switching back and forth between a hockey game and the CMA Awards on TV last night. I was amazed at how many country artists, whether they performed on the show last night or were just nominated for an award, I've seen in concert. I saw some of them as opening acts and one (Luke Combs) playing in a bar at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
Eric Church (the first time I saw him, he opened for Miranda Lambert at a place called Terminal 5 in NYC)
Miranda Lambert (the first time I saw her was at the Big State Festival in College Station, TX)
Garth Brooks
Luke Bryan (yeah, I know, but at least I've never seen Florida Georgia Lame )
Dierks Bentley
Kelsea Ballerini (the New Women Of Country Tour at House of Blues)
Little Big Town (opened for Martina McBride at Radio City Music Hall)
Lady Antebellum (opened for Kenny Chesney at Jones Beach)
Sam Hunt (Carolina Country Music Festival, I wouldn't waste my money on one of this poser's solo shows)
Jon Pardi (opened for Kip Moore at House of Blues; won New Artist Of The Year)
Brothers Osborne (won Vocal Duo Of The Year and Music Video Of The Year)
Old Dominion (opened for Miranda Lambert at the North Charleston Coliseum)
Kenny Chesney
Luke Combs

The Myrtle Beach Pelicans put 2018 season ticket packages on sale Sept. 25. I've been a partial season ticket holder the last 2 years. Each season ticket holder, whether full or partial, has a ticket representative assigned to them. I didn't renew my plan right away like I did last year. My ticket rep didn't call me until today. Kind of slow on the uptake there Sparky.

Ahoy! I took the boat for a ride to a flooded river, so home to regroup and get trout gear. I waded cold, swift water. The arthritic knee reminded me of it's condition often as I waded over the rocky stream.

I'm having an Anchor 2017 Merry Christmas Happy New Year Special Ale. They make a new one every year, I thought last year's was better.
