The 3-0 Dolphins play the 1-2 Patriots this up coming Sunday. Win or lose , we still would be in 1st place. But , opening up a 3 game lead over the Patriots would be huge. They are banged up , and it seems like there is some dissention on the team. Plus Edelman is out 1 more game. Primed for a Dolphins win.

Things certainly aren't sunshine and daisies in Foxboro right now. But I have faith That they will turn it around. Miami will definitely be a big test.

And there's the Patriots I know and love.

Tell you what. As good as Matt Ryan has been, the Falcons defense has been equally bad. They need to find a way to get in the game otherwise it will be a long season in Atlanta.

Using a Belichick line. We are focusing on the Bengles now. That was just plain ugly. The Patriots played hungrier then the Dolphins.

Die hard Pats fan here. But did anyone else see that slap on Brady's helmet and call the ensuing 15 yarder a garbage call. I know Brady is treated with kid gloves, but that was just silly.

The G-men squeaked out another win.

They're still alive in the NFC East. Alex Smith, the Redskins QB, broke his leg today and is out for the season. I don't know who their backup is but the Giants are getting hot.

The offense is finally clicking. The defense today was pretty putrid after Winston came on, like they thought it was already won. I watched the 4th quarter peeking through my fingers.

Colt McCoy is the WAS backup. No idea how he'll fare. Cowgirls squeaked out their win. Looks like Eagles are going to lose. Somehow, the G-men *could*, mathematically, still get in at 9-7.

I picked the Giants in the Tilted Kilt online contest and the Eagles didn't cover the point spread so I got the game right. The way they've played the last 2 years, I'm glad their games aren't televised down here that often.
