Watching for you in the crowd, Molly.
Doubt if you saw me. But I was there.
They are changing the spikes on the tracks from the nail type to screw type.
They were thrown near the tracks. I now have 2 spikes that were on the tacks that the train went on. No one will know what they are in years to come but I know.

Yes, ma'am. I am staying extra warm tonight because I am off tomorrow, yay! We're going to a Christmas party in Boston tomorrow night.

Did you post your train pics?

The train went by alot faster than I expected.
But I got to see the train and I think James Baker was waving out the window. I need to download the few pics I managed to take.

what a neat experience!

:D Very nice, Molly! A great memory. Very glad you went.

Thanks for the anniversary wishes. :D

Good day at work. I was just sitting at my desk when several people came in to chat about stuff, and print some things out. (I have 3 printers/copiers in my office, too). We had what I would call a mock 'audit' this week, and we did pretty good. Then I got told I was talked about yesterday, and everyone concluded that I was the best hire they've ever made, and I was a 'blessing' to the company.  Yes, I cried happy tears.

AND my doctor still can't get an MRI so he referred me to the "Spine One Clinic" - they're big in CO and have heard things about them. I have an appointment at 7:15am tomorrow! And they can prescribe/fill non-drowsy pain meds right there! :D Fingers crossed.

Thank you Penny
It was truly a once in a lifetime

I know the company is so glad they hired you. Too bad it took them so long. 😉

Hoping the spine clinic is the answers to all your pain

:D Well, this company offered me a job a week after my ONE interview.
I wanted to record their words and play it to all of those other companies that didn't hire me. ;)

Penny, it is very gratifying when you hear good words spoken about your job performance and you know you are appreciated! Congrats! 3yrs after being "downsized" my hubby has even stopped searching and has settled, which makes him very unhappy.

Molly, your post and pic gave me goosebumps! What a memory to treasure!
