Not sure how much more this ol gal can take. In my drug induced stupor, I tripped and fell at work today. I was processing flowers and was carrying a square bucket full of water and hydrangea and caught my foot on an empty bucket and down I went. I twisted my left ankle, small scrape on my right knee, an abrasion on the inside of my left arm from the edge of the bucket about 10 inches long with a small puncture on the inside elbow AND my shoulder is starting to ache.
Still coughing and back muscles still scream whenever I cough. I'm just a total disaster!

Thankfully it’s micro surgery. I better split my wood for the fall this month.

Are coughing klutzes welcome at the rehab center??? Although I have a hot tub, so rehab could take place right here as well!

Do you have workers comp since it happened at work? Best to protect yourself in case things (hopefully NOT) get worse.melon59 wrote: ↑September 11, 2019 7:53 pm Not sure how much more this ol gal can take. Mrs SPH and I have been flat on our backsides with killer colds for the last week.
I know the voices in my head aren’t real, but sometimes they have really good ideas…..

I will add to the conversation.....I spent time at the Dr yesterday getting drugs rewritten and a steroid shot
....yipee. I got 2 hours sleep and a rapid heartbeat and Bp.
I get a tiny shot, I can't imagine how it affects an athlete.
