MLK Weekend Sunday at the MSC
Good morning everyone!
Since I decided life was dull and I needed a puppy I am seeing lots of early mornings....Woke up to a bit more snow this morning after about 6 inches fell yesterday before about a 6 hour period of above freezing temps, rain, and wind. What didn't melt is now a frozen mess covered with new snow. Oh well, I have no where to go and all day to get there so no big deal.
Hope everyone's Sunday is super! Paisley got me up about 4:45 so now I am ready for a nap.....

Good morning Mel. Our doggie duties are done. At one time, we had 2 dogs and 4 cats. The fur flew!
We're getting snow after the stuff you had but winter has been pretty easy so far.

If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good morning Me, Bill, & BN.
More snow here, too, and our pup loves it. We'll head out to shovel and play for a bit and then settle in for the playoffs.
Have a great day!

Bought a new snow shovel on Friday. The blade on the old one wore out. Got to break in the new one yesterday.
Then more snow fell. Gonna start up the snow blower this morning. Winter fun in PA. Good morning.

Good morning Mel, Bill, Nancy, John.
No snow here. Sun is already up, and just about to start the coffee. Lots of chores to do, and making an old recipe (think high school Home Ec) biscuit pizza's for dinner.

Hello everyone!
Got everyone up and out the door at 8:25 for 9:00 church service. Our turn to hand out service info cards. Austin loves to help and is amazed everyone knows his name. (He forgets he’s wearing a name tags).
The sun was able to melt most of the overnight crap off the card before we left.
Heading out soon to get Austin to his dad. Austins ice hockey team - the Sharks -has a game today.
Contractor is here. Hopefully finishing the tiled walkin shower today so we can use it by Tuesday morning.

Re: MLK Weekend Sunday at the MSC
Good afternoon.
I watched the replay of the Bora Bora show on Margaritaville TV last night. I was reading the comments in the chat room and some of them made my head hurt. The title of the show on M'ville TV's youtube page was Live From Bora Bora (2010). Somebody asked what 2010 meant. Somebody else thought it was a live show, not a replay from 10 years ago. Mac McAnally and Robert Greenidge were the only Coral Reefers who were there and some guy commented "I miss Midera." I wanted to ask who, or what, Midera was. Buffett closed the show with Some Enchanted Evening from South Pacific. I thought he did a good job but he's not Ezio Pinza.

Woke up to more snow this morning, not a lot but we weren't supposed to have any. Doing laundry and watching the cozy fire Bryan built for me. Have a great lazy Sunday!

Afternoon BNers
No snow here but 25° cooler than yesterday!
You know how I feel about being cold....ugh.
So, it is a good day to stay inside, pack and hopefully cheer for Mahones!. Don't really care about the Chiefs but since Mahones is a Texas Tech person, we are rooting for him!!!

Re: MLK Weekend Sunday at the MSC
It has snowed and flurried most of the day here. Colder than yesterday, too. Sun is finally beginning to peer out and the sky is finally getting blue. The grey was making it so hard to get off the couch. Pups and I went out to "play". Well, she played and I shoveled the light fluffy stuff off the driveway and onto her. Grand fun when you are a 3 month old I guess.
Now I am watching the football game even though I don't have any idea who I should root for. I got hip and have just wi-fi at the new house along with an indoor antenna thing. I was thrilled I figured the antenna out well enough to get all three "major" local network channels now. I feel so tech savvy
Pups is snoozing (again) at my feet and the cat is chillaxing next to me; finally glad that black crazy thing on the floor is leaving him alone. Paisley keeps us all on our toes here.
Enjoy the rest of the afternoon, folks!

I have no rooting interest in either team but I decided I want Tennessee to win. I've been to Nashville, I've never been to Kansas City.springparrot wrote: ↑January 19, 2020 1:11 pm Afternoon BNers

Watching the game also, don't have a favorite today. Cold here as well, after a couple weeks of 70's winter has returned. Only 50 today and for most of the week, probably hit freezing a couple nights.

The Carolina Hurricanes are playing the NY Islanders. My "local" team and the team I've been a fan of since they were an expansion team in 1972.

I might have to root for the Chiefs in the Super Bowl. It's their 3rd time making it but the first time since 1970.springparrot wrote: ↑January 19, 2020 7:07 pm Congrats Patrick Mahomes!!!

Ditto. Didn't watch one second of it. Just don't care.
