Super Late Start Thursday @ the MSC
Morning, BN. I found the keys to the MSC! There's coffee and beer somewhere around here, so help yourselves.
Have a good one.

Good morning NYC.
We lost a great critical thinker today. Sail on James Randi. We will keep fighting the quacks in your name.

Good verrrrry late morning BN'ers!!
Speaking of Quacks. All day soaker Duck weather here in the Great Lake State. I wish I could send it to Penny in Colorado to help with the fires.
Tomorrow we may hit 70, then not projected to climb above 50 for next 2 weeks. Conversely Key West night time lows barely under 80 for the next 2 weeks. Beam me there Scotty!
Enjoy your 22nd day of October phriends

Afternoon BNers
85° wirh blue skies.
Guys are still working on the water...faucet water is ok but don't flush the potties for now. Every day is a new adventure with our water.

Last dry day here for over a week, well that's what the weather channel girl was insisting.
Better get the laundry done I suppose.
Have fun

some floral shirts and all shorts are put away . The dull colors of polar fleece will be the norm soon.

I went grocery shopping earlier. I got out of my car in the parking lot and I realized I left my wallet home. Good thing I only live a mile away. I went back home, got my wallet, went back to the store and stopped at the Beer Den. There was a guy there with a little boy, 18 months old, and the kid kept waving at me. I waved back and he held his hand up. His dad said "he wants to high five you." I never high fived a baby before.
what I really mean . . . I wish you were here

Re: Super Late Start Thursday @ the MSC
My boss sent me a message early this morning saying that she was taking the day off. So I had to kick it into high gear and get to the shop at 8:30 to open things up. We managed to get all of the orders completed for today (and I kept up with them as they kept trickling in), then we started on the large pile for tomorrow. We have a small funeral and a pretty large one, along with quite a few every day orders....but we got them all done. Hoping that tomorrow goes nice and smooth

They don't have to be dull colors. You can still wear bright colorful shades.lime rickie wrote: ↑October 22, 2020 6:09 pmThat's a sad and lovely image. Ha! I have ...dark shades, amber shades and yellow ones. They aren't fashion statements, but aid vision in different light.springparrot wrote: ↑October 22, 2020 6:45 pmThey don't have to be dull colors. Good evening boys and girls. E is home safely, so I'm happy!!
Rough day in Colorado today. The fires are insane. I took this screen shot from my TV this morning. That Troublesome fire is now 125,602 acres, just 12 hours later.
The fires are reaching Estes Park, CO and Rocky Mountain National Park.
Smoke is heavy in our skies. It's hard to breathe, and the smell is horrible. But the destruction is beyond awful and sad. A few more pictures from the area today that someone else took
