Do you remember.... Saturday @ the MSC
For all of your Earth, Wind, and Fire fans.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
Life is short, live long!!
I'd rather be a wiseass than a dumbass.

Good morning BN. Sunny and warm on the Gulf Coast.
Today is international bacon day, I prefer thick sliced, low sodium and crispy.

Good morning. Nice 60 degrees. On my deck coffee with the Wall Street journal, New York Times, Washington Post and a local newspaper. Yes I read them.

Re: Do you remember.... Saturday @ the MSC
another beautiful day here at Ringville -- this is 3 in a row !!!!
Not much going on other than the normal weekend stuff.
We were able to get out last night to see a local musician (Heather Vidal who also plays during MOTM and other weeks during the year in Key West).
The place was packed as there are several sports tournaments in Lancaster this weekend. The poor server was so busy and finally gave up on clearing tables which resulted in folks coming in and turning around since there were no empty tables. She admitted to us that she just couldn't handle anymore customers because she was so busy so she stopped clearing off tables. We gave her a much more than a 20% tip.

Good morning. It's a beautiful day, 77 degrees and low humidity, but I don't think I'll be going anywhere today. Beach town, big tourist destination, holiday weekend. Thank you but, no
what I really mean . . . I wish you were here

I've seen Brothers Osborne twice, I think Stay A Little Longer is my favorite song. Nice guitar solo at the end.

Do you remember the 21st night of September?
Love was changing the minds of pretenders
While chasing the clouds away
Our hearts were ringing
In the key that our souls were singing.
As we danced in the night,
Remember how the stars stole the night away
I remember it well... It was her birthday and it was the night I proposed! 39 years ago and still going strong.

I know the voices in my head aren’t real, but sometimes they have really good ideas…..

Not a huge fan of the Brothers, but every time this comes on the radio I do crank it up loud!

I don't know how you dealt with the holiday crowds when you had to work. Oy.
Today is cleaning day. Fortunately it's routine and not Ida related. Might head on out somewhere and walk around.
Have a good one.

Afternoon BNers
I'm so confused about the days. Yesterday seemed like Saturday so I am not sure what today is.
Astros pulled off a win after midnight. Gotta love those west coast games.
And it is raining in Indy.
God didn't make little green apples
And it don't rain in Indianapolis in the summertime.

So let me get this straight.springparrot wrote: ↑September 4, 2021 3:30 pmNASCAR goes in a circle.
NHRA drag racing goes in a straight line for either 1000 feet or 1320 feet. (Depends on the class.)
A bunch of guys dress up as women, get into fast cars and race in a straight line for either 1000 or 1320 feet depending on how elegant they look and walk? What do they call the Las Vegas race, the San Remo Classic?
Drag Racing.........interesting...
