Good morning. It's supposed to be 80 degrees today. The pool vs. beach thing is an easy choice for me, the pool at my condo doesn't open until April 1.

This body hasn't been in chlorine water or salty water in years. My choice. Wait, I have waded on the Jamaican shore a few times. Maybe I will get to walk on the shore in KW.

Today is follow up day with my Dr for BP check. Been taking my BP for a month. Hope he approves and doesn't need to change my drugs.

Good morning/afternoon!!

No beach or pool here. Sun is out but snow expected tomorrow. Doesn't seem to be anything heavy. Maybe a few inches, and then the same on Friday.

Work is work... still looking.

We have a blood pressure machine. One that has a cuff like those the doctors use but it’s digital so you don’t need anyone to help read the results.

We have one of those but I also bought a wrist cuff. Set an alarm to remember to take it daily at 3:00

I slept in a little this morning, went to lunch with a friend, she brought me some fresh eggs that she squeezed outta her hens. Then I got my nails done and came home and did not much else.
