it's a chilly but thankfully sunny day at Ringville!
We had a great final Ringville Soup/Chili Cookoff last night. The winning of 8 entries was a potato soup....yum.
We've got 4 showings today and then (as of now) none for Monday and 1 for Tuesday.

Good morning Linda and Bill.
It was very foggy this morning, on the 11:00 news last night the weather guy said visibility would be about 1/4 mile. I'm glad I didn't have to drive anywhere this morning. The fog's gone, now it's just overcast and dreary looking.

Got up around 6:30, and started on laundry. Made some sausage, eggs toast for breakfast. Had a slight dusting of snow overnight, which is already starting to melt.
Just doing housework and cooking today.

Man did I sleep in this morning! Jumped out of bed and started on laundry. Had a cup of coffee, and the next project is to reorganize the pantry and take overstock canned goods to the downstairs kitchen. Not looking forward to it but I know that it will be worth the effort when it's done

Our pantry has food on one side, shelves of nick knacks and most of my paint.

Afternoon kids! It was a beautiful sunny day in Michigan. Had some windows open for a while and grilled a bunch of veggies and meat. I am sooo ready to be retired as days like this make me not want to think about work.

I have been trying to use up food in the freezer and pantry. Cheated today and got ribs and asparagus as they were on sale. Soooo good on the grill.
Well, gonna finish up laundry and prepare for work tomorrow.

Man it doesn't take very long for it to get out of control does it? We bought new dishes this past week, so we needed to reorganize the kitchen cupboards too and take the old dishes to the downstairs kitchen.

We stopped for lunch to kill time until the last showings
Was over. I had a hard time getting one of my carnitas tacos down. Upset stomach. Let’s just the rest of the afternoon didn’t go well. Im dozing on the sofa while Kevin watches Better Call Saul for the 4th ? Time.
Daughter Bridget didn’t join us today to help move mom’s stuff. She woke up with a stomach ache. Andrew just said called to say he thinks she’s got the flu. Ugh.
