With my car fiasco yesterday, I thought I'd have to cancel my haircut this morning. Whew!! E has one late this afternoon, after work. Yes, when I need a haircut, I NEED a haircut.
Another day in the 90's here. Not much of a chance of rain, so I'll go back up to the car wash, and try again.
Good morning Penny. I went for a haircut last Tuesday so I'm good until sometime next month.
I went to a new Italian place yesterday, at least new for me. I don't know how long it's been open but I hadn't eaten there before. I had fettuccine Bolognese and it was delicious. And the portion was huge. I'll have to go back and try some of their other menu items - lasagna, baked ziti, penne alla vodka, pizza. I might even look at the dessert menu, I didn't have dessert yesterday. They have several seafood items on the menu, one of them is crab balls. I wonder if that's the east coast answer to Rocky Mountain oysters.

I'm guessing no.
How's the shoulder feeling?
The shoulder's better. I doubled up on the Aleve, one in the morning and one at night, and that helped.
Good Afternoon Gang!
Much like Penny & E I could also use a haircut. Unlike them I'm sure, I tend to wait an extra week before I actually GET my haircut. I'll most likely end up scheduling something by the end the week though
Eye exam yesterday showed I've got cataracts that could use some surgery. Although he said I get up my script & probably be ok for a bit longer.
However I am leaning towards going ahead & getting it done now & move on. Continuing to Grow Older but Not Up
Corona by day, Corona by night, any old time is just alright!

Enjoy the haircut Penny.
Have a great day and stay cool!
Thanks, Janice! I'm glad you're on the mend. My Dad had that surgery many years before he passed, best thing he ever did, but there WAS a lot bruising.

I'm glad you finally went. I also have cataracts, but changing lenses for now. And will go back in about 6 months to check on the progression.
Since I know you were all wondering - it was a great haircut. I've been going to the same gal for 10 years.
I also noticed a big area of scratches on the roof of my car, that wasn't there yesterday. I have to contact the dealership to find out what kind of equipment they used when working on my car.
Oh, and I went into the gas station that has the car wash attached. The young man contacted his supervisors via headset, and they printed out a new receipt, so I could have the same 5 day return special. Then one of them came up to me while I was waiting for the car, and he hands me a card for a free car wash. Great service.
No haircuts here. We barely have time to sit for more than 5 mins. 18 mo old Lincoln doesn’t stop moving. We’re in Lincoln duty tonight while Brandon Deanna and Austin go to Medevil Times. It’s dinner with a jousting show. we took our kids there when we visited MB many years ago
