There were 19 'people' requesting approvals for membership this morning - all of them were from the Netherlands/Amsterdam, and all have seen over 150+ concerts.
E will be back home today. Flight lands around 5:00pm.
I just got rid of 22 more -- from all over, no favorite song and between 26 & 297 shows. We know there's only 1 Parrothead with more than 200 .
Mike & Colleen just left us and are on their way back "north" to NJ to await the arrival of their 1st grand baby.
Another scorcher here in SC. We'll head to the gym after lunch as it is too hot & humid to walk outside. And then I'll go to chair yoga. We have our church small group meeting at 6:30. That's about it for today.
We are hearing about more storms/hurricanes to watch.
Good afternoon. I was in Amsterdam once, at least in the airport. I had to change planes there when I went to see Buffett in Dublin 6 years ago. I figured I would never be in Amsterdam again so I had a Heineken while I was waiting for my connecting flight. At 9:00am. But with the time difference it was 3:00am in South Carolina so ...

Was it a "5:00 Somewhere" moment, Larry?

I went to one of our local craft brewers for lunch. They had the Little League World Series on one of the TVs behind the bar, Japan was playing Czechia. When each kid came up to bat they showed his height and weight. One of the Japanese players was 4' 8" and weighed 73 pounds. A strong wind would probably blow him off the field.
When I left home the sun was shining and it was hot and humid. When I was driving home it started raining, there was some thunder and I saw a couple of lightning flashes. By time I got home it was so dark I had to turn the lights on.
Hi there! Dutch infiltration? I innocently thought this was legit. In 2009 there was a huge group of French at Star Lake. I painted a French woman who was gorgeous. Buffett did a shout out to the group.

If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.
One of my favorite movies, Dr. Strangelove, is on TV tonight. I'll have to set the DVR, it doesn't start until 12:45 and I don't feel like staying up until 2:30 tomorrow morning to watch it.
