Amanda is good and the kids are secretly plotting to kill me . . . slowly and against my will.
Today I've received inquiries from a Magician, a Hoop Dancer and a Face Painter. Still hurting for a clown or juggler. Then I have to start sorting this out and making my plan.
Any word on Premium Parking!? I'm gonna need 4 or 5 versus my 3 last year.

I have a student who is a really good juggler, but I am not sure this crowd would be comfortable for him.mjeischen wrote:Amanda is good and the kids are secretly plotting to kill me . . . slowly and against my will.

EJR - I posted the need on Craigslist. Have them check it out. If its something they would consider they can send me a note . . . leaving you out of the loop.
My listing is pretty specific that its an adult audience and I am very clearly communicating this with everyone. My intent is not to make someone uneasy or anything like that.

LIVE BAND CONFIRMED - JSP playing the Parrot-Dice Lounge in 2010 along with Captain Andy and Myself.
Truely a party band with no specific genre or focus other than PARTY. They played my Halloween Party this year and were a SMASH with hits spanning from The Troggs to The Black Eyed Peas. They are now working their way onto the bar scene with appearances at Flatlanders in Lincolnshire and Walter Paytons Roundhouse in Aurora.
Also returning this year a bigger and better Bubble pit - able to hold twice the number of people. Dirty dancing on each other the whole while getting clean in soap suds. NO GUILT!
Real Popcorn and Cotton Candy Shots!
Still working on capturing this Circus theme but I'll get it . . . so help me.

Ok. Starting to think this is the place to be without a doubt. The tailgate is sooooooooo enticing!

Hi, everyone! Normally, I'd be in the Vegas "first weekend" thread, but since that didn't work out last year, my wife and I are coming to Chicago instead. It's a lot lower overhead trip since we can drive it and we have family we like to see at convenient intervals along the way.
We've never been to an outside Buffett concert and we can't wait!

STL Parrot and Mrs. Parrot will be there. We took the road trip to Chicago last year and had a blast. Eventhough it's a soccer stadium we thought the show was fantastic and the tailgaiting was a blast.

Re: Who's going to Toyota Park August 14th??
Last year there was a special RV lot on the opposite side of the stadium from the general parking. I assume that is the norm there. If not, I'm sure someone with more experience going to Chicago will have better info.

They do have RV parking and it is on the back of the venue . . . away from knuckleheads like me tailgating like its the last day on earth . . ..
HAS ANYONE HEARD ABOUT PREMIUM PARKING!? This concerns me. I had 3 spaces last year with their extra size and this year I want to whole row of 5 . . . . HELP! I left a vm with the venue already

last I looked, the concert wasn't even on their website. Chill-Matt--they will get things posted, but you have 6 months between now and the concert! I can't imagine they won't have something up there soon.mjeischen wrote:They do have RV parking and it is on the back of the venue . . . away from knuckleheads like me tailgating like its the last day on earth . . ..

Re: Who's going to Toyota Park August 14th??
HA! You told me to Chill . . . you're silly.
They have a posting on TM about parking for $75 (versus $60 last year) so I am going to assume thats Premium Parking. Last Year they sold out of Premium Parking - I had 3 spaces and used up all of it . . . This year through the glory of evolution and Jimmy's Circus Themed Tour I've grown again and need more than 3 . . .
1 Premium Parking Pass per Household is what I remember from last year so I need to enlist a few households.
