That was a beatdown! Johnny Football showed why he won the Heisman, great game.

I told my Bama boss at work to watch out for A&M all year. When they won he came to work and was all "you were so right". There's no reason that A&M shouldnt be the pre-season #1 next year unless every Bama player stays.(which wont happen)

Dislike Nick $aban but I have to say ROLL TIDE. Saban may quit jobs on a whim but he never had the University use its power to avoid a Manslaughter charge like Kelly and the University of Negligent Death.

That's a pretty low blow. I expect better on this forum.

Q: What did Notre Dame do that only 5 other teams did this season?
A: Beat Michigan State.

I'll stay neutral (yeah, right) because whoever I say I'm cheering for is garunteed to lose.
(Just look at my N.F.L. picks-every team I was cheering for lost over the weekend).

Low blow is still not paying the OSHA fine for killing a assistant student manager. Facts are Facts. Kelly also tried to play a kid convicted of manslaughter for killing a kid in a bar fight until CMU said no way.

Oh, I grasped the confidence points concept all right, I was just lazy. There are far too many games to try to figure it all out; I just couldn't put the brain power into it. If it was 5-10 games, maybe I would.

Congrats to the top picker.

Yayyy I won. I guess I get the famous "no prize grand prize"
From a personal point of view it was a great night, Zac opened it with the National Anthem and then the Tide rolling again.
I enjoyed it and look forward to next year. Now it's time to start working on the interior of the boat and watching Supercross on Speed Channel on Saturday nights.

Not so fast!

BCS computer still ranks Notre Dame No. 1, because it’s the BCS

The Colley Matrix, one of the six computer systems used by the BCS, has Notre Dame ranked No. 1 and the Crimson Tide No. 2. Notre Dame's final ranking was 0.973997 to Alabama's 0.961139. Notre Dame had an edge in strength of schedule.

Finally stopped laughing at Notre Dame!!!
Trying to imagine how Wisconsin (and others) would do if they had their own TV contract with a major network?
Congrats to Alabama.
Cheers

Well, they each lost one game, and Notre Dame's loss was to the winner of the BCS Championship game while Alambama lost to the #5 team.
So, based on losing to a better opponent, that makes the Irish #1. Right? :D
