Just make sure you pack for all kinds of weather...rain included. And it is definitely cool at night.

Thanks! I'm definitely packing a little bit of everything. You never know what could happen this time of year. I'm hoping for some decent weather. But I'll be happy as long as Jimmy's there. This past year at the Philly show it was pretty much downpouring all day. That didn't stop me though. I was walking around in my bathing suit in the rain. Hopefully the rain will steer clear of Irvine. I can handle warm weather and rain and cooler weather without rain but i don't know if i can take cold and rainy. Oh well. I'll make the most of whatever's thrown at us!Brown Eyed Girl wrote:Just make sure you pack for all kinds of weather...rain included. And it is definitely cool at night.
I may be way off base on this one, but is this Jon V???? The one I met on the bus from the Vegas airport to the Flamingo a few years ago???? The one who got a personal one on one lunch with Jimmy and they took pictures for you and such??????zydecoldsmobile wrote:Hello all. I am just tuning in to the 4/20 Irvine thread...anybody live close by? What's the weather been like in the evenings? Shorts and flip flops? A t-shirt and a hawaiian shirt? When will the tailgating begin? I've never been to Irvine, I hear the parties are legendary!
Let's start posting randomly about topics unrelated to the upcoming concerts and I'm sure we can surpass them!BoozeInTheBlender wrote: How is it that Dallas has 361 more pages than we do???
Where's all the excitement???

It was fantabulous!!!Midnight Flyer wrote:BEADS!!!!!!habourgirl wrote:Thanks! I'm definitely packing a little bit of everything. You never know what could happen this time of year. It doesn't look like rain but it's not going to be like summerIt looks like it's going to be cool-low 70's during the day. It'll cool off to the high 50's to low 60's at night.
sometimes I just can't help myself...

Yeah, the ones with the rain tread on them.....Brown Eyed Girl wrote:I *reaaaaallllllly* only need to pack one pair of flip flops..right?
Hmmm, are you insinuating that I may be a klutz in ordinary flip flops?Midnight Flyer wrote:Brown Eyed Girl wrote:Low 70s would be nice..we've only hit that twice since last fall.
That's winter weather for us and I'm tired of the cold...time for some 80's to 90's!

Do you at least have a direct flight?![]()

I'm leaving work 2ish hours early. My flight is at 5. Stop over in Baltimore, then off to LAX. I am gonna keep an eye on an earlier flight into Orange County and if the prices go down (i won't hold my breath), i'll see if i can convince someone to come pick me up and bring me to the bar, and then convince my friend to pick my drunk ass up from the bar. Hahahah....
I'm getting sooo excited!!!!
Does anyone else have a tendency to overpack when traveling to see Buffett? I feel like I want to pack everything in my closet....
I started to pack last night because I'm going to be busy all week coming up with school and work and the boston marathon. So this is my last chance really. But man, I feel like I'm packing everything. I like having options. I'll definitely be checking 3 bags. (Thank you Southwest!) And then remembering all the leis depending on what bathing suit I decide to wear. And I have to make sure I have extra room for all the beads I intend on bringing back!finsupnorth wrote:Ummmm.....You haven't seen ERIC pack yet, and he is a guy!!!
