AMEN, Connie !!!!
[smilie=upyeah.gif] Members of John Rich's own family are voting Democrat, and my mom and dad are of one party, and I am of the other. But I still love them beyond life................

Very well said....

For the record, "Raising McCain" is one of the worst songs ever written...

I'm sure Jimmy isn't going to have the money to tour or release albums next year just because he offended a few people.

Heck, I guess we'll all have to go see Chesney next year instead! [smilie=lil_red_devil.gif]

Just the moderators and phjim.
Yeah, that's what I thought. With the IP you can figure out who owns the block that the address came from and where they are located, which you've already done.
Unless they spoofed it.... Or dialed in and made it LOOK like they were in Tampa....
Or went to a library, logged in, signed up, posted and exited.
That, too, but it would still be a library in Tampa. If you have a dial up account, you can be sitting at home in Montana and make it look like Tampa.

No, it's not me! :o
A lot of freakin' work for really what amounts to is nothing. No offense to anyone here but say 100 of us decide we were through with Buffett. No more concerts, no more merchandise, nothing. Is that really going to effect his bottom line? I doubt it. Will he be sad as a person? No. Will he be sad as an entertainer that he lost fans? Debatable.

I love this thread!!! Someone signs up, makes one post, then quits and there are three pages defending Jimmy and Obama. If it was a regular poster trying to rile up democrats, mission accomplished, and it is funny as hell!!
Now he needs to go after McCain, after all we need equal coverage

S.T. "I thought there were only 7 bad words?"

Hell, I'm gonna keep posting until it's just me talking to myself. 3 pages down, lets get to 100!! I defend no one, I chuckle at all the work someone did to make one statement and then leave.

But you are right, look at all the time everyone else has put into it. Ah, irony can so ironic sometimes....

Not just any hot woman. She's the bartender at Hawaiian Tropic Zone here in NYC who charged me for my first beer at Happy Hour then let me drink free the rest of the night. I stayed until way past Happy Hour.

I'll ask the question everyone else either asked or hinted. If you're no longer a fan, then why did you register to post your post?
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Life is short, live long!!

Two months ago, I predicted that there would be at least 5 (likely newbie) BNers that would proclaim that they are no longer fans of Jimmy Buffett's music for the totally idiotic reason that Jimmy has a different political opinion than they do.

I count two in the last week (SouthernSeas, FreeRider45)

How many others have I missed while I've been busy?
Was I close with the over/under?
