Happy to see everyone "survived" the weekend! Is it me or do others feel that there can't possibly be the same numbers of hours in a weekend/vacation day that there is in a work day?

There is indeed a complex mathematical formula which proves that there are in fact less hours in a weekend/vacation day than a work day. Ok, so I made that up, but I do believe your statement is true!

I agree 100%, I swear the clock is moving backwards here.

Hey Big Green PH,
Be sure to check out the "who's going" info on Page 22. If you definitely decide to go let me know to add your name and then PM Carolinadreamin' with your contact info as shown so you'll receive all the last-minute updates.....
And welcome aboard!!!!!
Any other questions, just post on this thread and you will be taken care of because, well, that's just the way we are!
OK pholks.......the time has come to discuss what we're going to eat/drink at the tailgate and who's going to bring what.........
I'll start with what ALWAYS comes to a tailgate with us:
1. Jello shots (well I thought I would start off with a bang)
2. Black bean salsa with chips
3. pop up tent
4. rum cake
5. grilled shrimp
6. rum
We have decorations also.
I thought we could post what we would bring and make a list and see what we still need. So drink that coffee and get to thinkin'!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot Noir in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO"

This brings up another good question for a newbie: what's the deal on tailgating at Nissan? I've seen all sorts of notes/warnings about no booze, etc. It made me want to cry, if true.
I would add to that list:
7. Cornhole set
8. BLENDER
9. Tequila, etc.
10. Kiddie pool w/inflatable shark

In my best Jedi voice: "Those aren't the warnings you are looking for".
Seriously, put your booze in a cup and the alcohol police will leave you alone. If you are discrete, you'll be fine.

If you arrive in your landspeeder I will be most impressed.
The start of our list:
Italian Sausage
Kilbasa
Cheese Burgers!
Rum Runners
Beer - various types
Veggies to grill or eat raw
I agree with Hockey Mon, Big Green PH...I've never had a problem with cops at Nissan...be respectful and do as they ask (no glass bottle or cans) and they look the other way. Keep your area clean and if you're not (too) rowdy there won't be a problem! Nissan always has a great tailgate!
