BESIDES, I never said the Great Woods audience couldn't come!
Sounds like a hell of a party Capt. and the best of luck to you. My wife and I actually met in the parking lot at Great Woods in 1996 at Buffett! Quite a funny story I might add. If I wasn't gonna be at the show on the 12th, I'd bring the tequila....CONGRATS!!! :D
Thanks! Not gonna share the funny story? I'll be at the show on the 10th, took a little convincing to allow THAT for my bachelor party.... wasn't gonna try pushing my luck by pushing the wedding back a weekend to see both shows
We had parked next to each other. She was with one friend who smoked. She asked her to bring matches and she would supply everything else.Of course, she forgot to bring the matches. Anyway, in the mean time, something was wrong with my grill and I couldn't get it lit. She asked us for matches, but I told her she could only use em' if we could cook on her grill. And as the fairy tale goes, they lived happily ever after. I moved in with her 2 weeks later....we've been married 7 years and have 2 wonderful children, 2 dogs and are in the process of moving to Florida!!! :D
I've had good days and bad days and going half mad days!

That one pretty much sums it up. Maybe it's a Colorado thing? Maybe it's that Jimmy used to play two nights in a row in Colorado, and now we're into our second summer in a row without a show.

did you see what I did there? I said our second SUMMER. I had to try and avoid the obvious beauty of being the place where Jimmy came just before his birthday last year and played a venue that was so small and personable.
I'm just tryin' to get by being quiet and shy,

Sweet deal and good story. Have fun in the sun...
And now I must confess, I could use some rest... I can't run at this pace very long.

Has anyone explored this question further? Seems like the band members are dropping like flies!
