And the overflow Hilton is not that close to the host hotel. There's a condo right next to the Island House....the Tidewater. Is something wrong with it ?

Island house is nice But for the $$ I think the Hilton is a better deal.
Also Have rented Condos for Stars when is was at the Windemere
Because that place was an echo chamber , We even had Spring Breakers call the cops on Our group.
It is sometimes nice to be able to get away from the noise and commotion.
