The medical system over here isn't much more helpful.
Strangely, my biggest fear this afternoon is that after taking a day off work, which meant rearranging meetings and resetting deadlines (etc etc) to be able to have the day off, the doctor will say "That all looks fine, see you in 12 months".
I fear at that point I may have a complete meltdown.
Glad you got good news.
My news was better than more shots in my eyes

Good news MsMolly! I have lots of medical procedures on too many parts of my body but I'm sure glad they haven't had to mess with my eyes!

Well, I took the day off and early afternoon attended the doctors surgery.
He explains that the biopsy showed 'moderate changes' and that it's important to get it removed soon. I say 'well get on on with it'.
"Oh no, this consultation is only to book you in sometime next week."
I cannot in good conscience repeat what I said next, as it may cause the chooks to stop laying and the old grey mare to go lame.
Suffice it to say, he, his receptionist and waiting room crammed full of people are now fully appraised of the wonderful technology available to allow them to make bookings over the telephone and how utterly unprofessional and lacking morals I believe them to be.
