I might go a little off on this, because everything was a perfect S**T storm for this weekend, it's not the most important weekend of baseball season, but probably the biggest.

So I am going to jump around a bit because I have pictures in Lightroom before I can upload. The first tournament of the season, Bub hits a homerun. The next tourney, Bub throws out two guys from behind the dish, the second guy we get into a rundown and everyone joins in to get him. IT WAS AWESOME! Our first baseman finally tags the guy out and it was against our archrivals. We beat them with a walkoff, we were one of two undefeated teams, and the rest of the tourney was cancelled.

We jump into the next one. It is billed as the "BIGGEST BASEBALL TOURNAMENT IN THE WORLD." Sixty plus teams in our age division alone. Friday, Saturday and Sunday, we pull a triple-header Saturday. Some teams get a double-header Friday, not us. I said I was going jump around, let's hope back to last year.

I missed the Jimmy Buffett concert in Kansas City last year for the Hawaiian Hitfest that was delayed by the cold and rain. Jimmy comes to KC less often than Haley's Comet. I had to listen to the replay on Radio Margaritaville.

One more quck flash back to the year before, the last year of the Sharks and my Feeding Frenzy, we in sweatpants and sweatshirts for the Hawaiian Hitfest. So far the Hawaiian Hitfest has only been like Hawaii if we are up on a VOLCANO when it is SNOWING! Cold, wet, miserable.

This year, I know what's going to happen, I run the night before we play, it's 90 degrees. Saturday morning we are already starting early. Because of the rain and cold. We don't play good early, of course this moring we are going to play awesome, we did, everyone did. We are on an eight run inning, with two outs. The game is called due to lighnting. Then it is cancelled, then the whole weekened is cancelled.

If you are going to promote this as the biggest baseball tournament in the wolrd and the Hawaiian Hitfest, move it to SUMMER! I am tired of being rained out, cold out, show out.

And evxeryon was playing awesome and we with our loudmouth, smart ass grandma's were still classier than the team we were playing, they were garbage.

Okay, rant over. Bub is playing awesome, the team is playing awesome. I haven't seen a team we can't beat if we just foucs.

Without giving up too many of my secrets, whenever I do a cover photo I try to make it special every season, this year I went with baseball game tickets.

It's a task, nothing, I am not up to, but it takes a little time to make for every game, I was ahead of the game for this weekend. Whatever.

If you want to see what I have created. I planned on just doing the same ticket for tournaments and mix in different ones for the regular season, Hawaiian Hitfest the plan was to go all out.

Now if you look at it, I used just a generic background, but all the baseballs used are from my personal collection.

These are the other I created. Little Easter Eggs thrown in there, and I was really proud of them, all of tickets have Easter Eggs, some you may know, so you may not, and some may make sense down the road.



But all of my tickets have parts of story in them.
