2019 Football/Baseball/Volleyball

I try my level best to be my best. To try and not get this worked up about things, but damnit, when you play by the rules set by everyone else and no one else follows them, it's just a real kick to the junk.
All summer we dealt with poor officiating. No matter how good we played, it was poor, beyond poor. Biased umpires, stupid umpires. Bub threw a game, he's not our fastest pitcher. He was throwing some major heat that day, and the umpire was ducking and having convulsions behind the catcher at everything he threw. It was the most ridiculous thing I've seen, until I saw it again later in the season. I don't want to get hit in the face with a baseball, but he was wearing a mask.
The team did finish first in the Fall League. We were shorthanded because of club team BS. Our number one pitcher in the summer, he pitched less than 40 innings. A kid that we added, for his team, he pitched 70+ innings in the summer. He was injured by the team he joined the team. He separated his growth plate, because inconsiderate coaches ran him into the ground.
For 7 years I've gone out and watch these boys play in this league, coached well, coach properly. The last two years we've followed the rules, the league decides to let other teams in from MO. One year, they grandfather them into play as they are, and the next year, it's the same thing. If we were to go out and recruit and cut kids and make one big a...All-Star team then we could compete. No one from the KS side is keeping up with teams that train all year, practice when they aren't supposed to, cut kids, recruit kids. We have followed the rules, we don't go outside of the district. THE ONLY time we have, is when a kid is in a district that doesn't have team and he is assigned to us.
Like I told my sister, "I'm reaching my breaking point, Thank God I won't be there when it happens." Because I didn't go from what I was to what I am by being nice and friendly and pleasant. I was, is and will always be a mean, miserable, mad, raged out of my mind son of a gun.

I can't say enough good about them, how impressed I am by them. Again every other team has the bare minimum. We have enough for two, six player teams. The first match of the season, they played against a team that played up a year. It was their second year, our first. We lost to them 3 sets to nothing. They came back and played really well through the season, did not have a losing weekend. They faced that same team the last weekend of the season and won, 2 sets to 1.
