Maybe in a handful of cases but we're a small office with a 95% return client base. Majority of our clients are conditioned to not wait until last minute. Same people tend to wait until final 2 weeks. But debating about shutting down the office next week from "in house" appointments. We already get a fair amount of folks dropping off or mailing their tax papers to us but may ask clients to go that route exclusively for next week.
I have a number of Restaurants as clients who always do a decent take out business, yet their numbers are down substantially this past week since Michigan went exclusive to take out/delivery only last Monday. Not overly surprised, yet somewhat surprised the numbers have dropped so greatly. Hopefully the weekend numbers for ordering out do pick up!

Big question that remains to be answered is that March 31 is the end of the 1st Quarter. Will see if Government extends filing for the quarterly ending payroll tax forms due April 30 & if any payroll tax relief will be given to make those payments. Now THAT would have a "helpful" impact on my workload!
