I feel for you, Molly. I sleep poorly and can have plans ruined by lack of rest. My poor vision gets worse when tired.springparrot wrote: ↑May 14, 2020 2:38 pm I finally got a few hours nap. I feel better but allergies are running wild...again.
Looks like rain again today....the rain has been going around us. Maybe we will get some rain today.
Ooh, yay Anne!bodypainter wrote: ↑May 14, 2020 3:11 pm Hi there! On a happy, Buffetty note, we bought Anne a new car with Sirius. We can cruise to RM.
Now, what do I do with her CDs I don't like.
Rav 4. This is her third one. We sat in the deluxe model. The only option that it had I liked was dual temperature control. Her old had a sun roof. She saw that as a waste of money. She choose the one without less options, but it had what she wanted.tailgaitingph wrote: ↑May 14, 2020 3:14 pmOoh, yay Anne!bodypainter wrote: ↑May 14, 2020 3:11 pm Hi there! What did y'all get?
I used to sleep anywhere anytime. Then a few years ago I started not sleeping. Now, it is getting worse. Part might be stress of covid. Not sure.bodypainter wrote: ↑May 14, 2020 3:08 pmI feel for you, Molly. I sleep poorly and can have plans ruined by lack of rest. Toyota's are good vehicles & as long as she's happy, that's all that mattersbodypainter wrote: ↑May 14, 2020 3:51 pmRav 4. This is her third one. We sat in the deluxe model. How's your vehicle hunt coming?
Before I went to law school I worked in banking, the last 7 years in the auto finance division of a few different banks. There are some honorable people in the auto business but for the most part all the bad things you've heard about car salesmen are true.tailgaitingph wrote: ↑May 14, 2020 5:20 pmToyota's are good vehicles & as long as she's happy, that's all that mattersbodypainter wrote: ↑May 14, 2020 3:51 pmRav 4. My quest is still on going. I know what I want & what I'm willing to pay for it so now it's just a matter of battling with sales people at a couple of dealerships to hopefully get that price. I actually like doing it online as I don't feel the 'in your face' pressure that you get in a dealership. Plus, I don't have to buy it so that takes some pressure off too.
If it's meant to be, it will be.
P.s. a sunroof is a deal breaker for me - I have to have one!
I got 3 emails & filled out the forms also. I purchased quite a few tickets & it did say there was a CD limit per household so I used 2 other mailing addresses in hopes I'll get CD's for those I purchased tickets for...LIPH wrote: ↑May 14, 2020 5:23 pm I just got an email that said since I bought a ticket to a show on this year's Buffett tour, I get a free copy of his new CD. I clicked on the link thinking it would let me download the CD. I had to fill out a form with my name and address, they're mailing physical copies of the CD. I wasn't expecting that.

I would agree.........but don't take that out on the manufacturer of the sunroof...........car MFG's don't make their own. In many cases, the sunroof MFG supplies the entire roof structure. ...and there are limited of them globally.......Just FYILIPH wrote: ↑May 14, 2020 5:26 pmBefore I went to law school I worked in banking, the last 7 years in the auto finance division of a few different banks.
