Re: Taking Tuesday Off @ the MSC
Morning All,
Painters are in. Dust everywhere from the sanding.
Cleaned out some gutters and fell getting off the ladder, well that sounds dramatic, I stumbled off the last step and tripped on a garden bed and wound up in a shrub. No extra damage.
Buggered up my shoulder earlier in the day pulling down roller blinds out of their brackets. Did I tell you I am allergic to manual labour?
I had to go into the office for the first time in weeks. Well even on an almost empty train the commute still sucks. About 3 weeks before "the great 2020 lockdown" I was moved from the dockyard into an office in the city. Yesterday I had go and repack my things as we are moving office. The only issue is that we have to be out of the current building by month's end - they are still looking for a new office building... Sometime I think they couldn't organise a booze up in brewery.

Hey Rabz. Hubby does home home improvement & I told him about your dust. He just shook his head. He's a lil obsessive of being clean when he works & thought they should have done better... Is what it is I guess.Rabbitz wrote: βMay 19, 2020 4:01 pm Morning All,

Our son in law is in Harrisburg today getting ready for the Air National Guard MEPS testing. If all goes well, he will then head to Lackland Air Force Base in TX for training. If that goes well he will probably head towards Officer Training School. We will then have 2 guys in the military, since our son is already Staff Sgt in the Army National Guard.

Re: Taking Tuesday Off @ the MSC
Hi there! I mixed 300 lbs of cement for the pond, cleaned the finished items and stretched the 50$ liner into the pond.
It was too small.....
After a 50 mile round trip to home Depot, I stretched the new 110$ liner into the pond, placed stones around the edge and filled it. The fish and frogs are having a party.
I am not. The heating pad is on my back and it is beer thirty.

If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.
