The first hockey game was supposed to be on NBCSN. I turned it on and instead of hockey they're showing that American Ninja Warrior nonsense. Good thing the Carolina Hurricanes are playing, the game is on Fox Sports Carolinas so I can still watch it.

I think the national broadcasts(i.e. NBCSN) are blacked out in the local markets. So if you live in the Carolinas or New York you have to watch it on your local channels the team normally appears on(Guessing MSG for New York, and apparently Fox Sports Carolina for Hurricanes)

good afternoon everyone! I was able to grab 2 hours at our friends' pool.. now I'm put back together and leaving soon for the wedding. It's a feels like 95 with a tiny, tiny (did I say tiny) breeze. The ceremony is outside with no trees visible........

It finally quit storming!! And we have some blue skies. 🌤

Too bad I don't have any place to go.

Hi there! I mowed for 2 hours in high humidity and no breeze. It wasn't too hot, though. We had a late lunch at our favorite dive bar, Cuban sub, hot poppers and Yuengling.

It's raining now. All outdoor stuff is done.

Looks like the Carolina Hurricanes alternate jersey.

Oh my....outdoor wedding ceremony was beautiful. They had baskets of small foldable fans and water bottles. Everyone needed both. Food was good. They opted for the same caterer our daughter used 3 yrs ago. But there was no air conditioning in the barn. Just 2 huge fans. We left early as I did not feel well at all. Probly combo of extreme heat and too long going without food did me in.
