Insomnia sucks

I started melatonin recently, it's definitely helping. Still up pretty early but I fall asleep much faster and more deeply so I'm gaining 1-2 hours on that end. Inexpensive, and easy to take, e.g. gummies, dissolvable tablets. No side effects and I am in my third week.

I've taken melatonin for a few years now. 1 (3mg) 30-60 min before I want to go to bed. I love how quickly I fall asleep & if I do wake up during the night I fall right back asleep. I did have weird dreams at the beginning but only occasionally now. I also am still up fairly early but I think that's from working day shift for so long.

I haven’t found anything that helps me. Pretty much gave up years ago.

Since I had to stop my adult beverages at home because of Cameron - I tried Melatonin. The recommended dosage I laughed at. I have 2/10 mg gummies, and 3/20 mg tablets, and 2 "Tylenol PM" - that finally puts me to sleep.
