I was going to go crude with humor from crude oil, but it's too crude.
I am too refined for that.

Yesterday Bryan cooked a pork roast in the crock pot and shredded it, so we're having BBQ pork sandwiches for dinner and I am at a loss for a side dish. I'm also going to prep and par boil green peppers for stuffed peppers when the kids are here.
How's the big guy (the pup, not Bryan, lol) feeling?
The big guy Beacon is fine thanks for asking! He is back to normal thank goodness! I just couldn't imagine if he were really sick with everything else going on this week! My heart monitor arrived late this afternoon and I finally have it all hooked up and activated. Gonna pause the study for the day of the wedding.

I'm not a 'sit down & talk about your feelings' kinda person which is what I was expecting but was totally wrong. We all just talked about our part in the incident & shared any thoughts we had (good, bad or otherwise). Glad I went.
Now it's time for beer, wings & pizza 8)
Moog's right. The debriefing meetings are good. It's been awhile since I participated in one, I am glad to see that they are being offered when the situation warrants.

Scooby Doo was the best. Only the original though. Once Scrappy-Doo got introduced it all went downhill.

I was not allowed to watch cartoons (or much of any tv) growing up but sometimes after school I would go to my best friends house and she and I would watch Speed Racer -- now I'm sinning "go Speed Racer, go Speed Racer, go Speed Racerrrrr GO "

Me neither, Molly. Dad was allergic to any kind of raw or cooked onion so Mom always used onion powder, and that he could tolerate. If I make something with onions, they have to be cooked down to nearly nothing.
Raw red onions are one of the worst things for me to smell, and other to eat.

I think I get that, and I think it's stupid. There should never be "Hurt Feelings Reports". :)

And hello to you, Jamie! :)

Been a crazy long day. I'm so used to working in a office/business environment that working in a hospital environment isn't quite the same. I spent hours today trying to get the account number of our postage machine/Pitney Bowes account so I can send in an order for a new ink cartridge. After 4+ hours, I finally got it!!

Only just before 9:00 pm here, but I'm exhausted. Time to watch some Avalanche hockey and cooking shows.

TTFN, and hugs to those who need it.

I can eat onions cooked to mush. I would rather omit but my giys like them. Last time I ate salsa...no chunks but must have had onion juice or something that didn't agree with me. I threw up food I hadn't eaten yet. 🤢🤢
