I am the Ticket Coordinator with PHIP for this concert

With only 35 days until this concert....I am passing on what I know as for now and that can change.

DO NOT SHOOT THE MESSENGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Parking is limited......

At this time parking lots will open at 12 noon. I am waiting on the Wharf's decision if we can get in to the parking lot earlier.
Will let everyone know as soon as I am told.

BIG change from the last concert. The large parking lot that was located on the East side over by the Oasis....is no longer there.

I was told that this picture will probably change in a couple of weeks. Will send out when I am told it has been updated.

VERY IMPORTANT........No over sized vehicles, RV's or Motorhomes.

When you get in to the parking lot......you will not be able to put a tent to the right or left of your vehicle. You will be able to
tailgate out of the back of your trunk or back of a truck with a tent behind your vehicle. AGAIN PARKING IS LIMITED!!!!

So, if you have many friends attending....I would suggest that you all come up with a time to meet to get in line for you all
can park next to each other.

We all know the routine......get in line EARLY!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure if anyone else noticed but the link for the parking lot that was posted last week has changed from Tim McGraw to the Kenny Chesney concert which is this Thursday. The rules for that concert has changed some and includes "No Tents" and "No Loitering". I called to see if "No Loitering" was referring to tailgating. They said if we were walking around to see friends, it shouldn't be an issue just keep your drink in a cup. So, I don't think they are restricting tailgating but, we will find out come Thursday. Looking forward to see old friends Crazy Navy Flyer and dnw in a couple of weeks. First round of Dirty Pineapple has been made.
