Good morning Linda. Fred visited here yesterday. Is Calamity Cove dry?
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Morning all. We are getting a ton of rain now. Also, some Tornado warnings not far from here near the CT and NY boarder,

Good Morning gang! Fortunate Son here in Flint Town. Real good weather. Looked shaky last night for a bit but powered through dry as can be.
All kinds of nearby Events happening that wants to see rain stay away. Local, Flint has their “Back to the Bricks” car cruise happening that started yesterday. Thousands of cars will “cruise” through culminating Saturday.
Cheeseburger in Caseville continues through this weekend. Jimmy & The Parrots hit the stage tomorrow night & Johhny Russler & the Beach Bum Band finish off the Trop Rockin in style Saturday night. Not looking like I’ll make either as family birthday gatherings preclude doing so.
NASCAR comes into Michigan this weekend as well hour & a half down the road keeping with the car theme. So Mom Nature could be quite helpful to us Michiganders this weekend!
Good Day All

Good morning Linda, Bill, Tom, Ken, George!!

No rain here - MIGHT have a few sprinkles later, but so much more is needed in most of the state - and other parts, even a drizzle is causing mud slides. :(

E is still in Nebraska for one more night.

Hope the day goes well for everyone!

No drowned nuthins here..... I haven't seen a drop of rain in over two months. The official weather site is at SEA-TAC (about 15 miles south) where they had 0.05" on Aug 5th and 0.03" on Aug 6th.

Good morning. Fred dropped a lot of rain here and a house a few blocks away was hit by lightning.
The only thing destroyed was a TV set.

Putzing around the new Apple Valley house. Washing dishes in the bathroom sink is getting really old already. I've got some leftover chili in the tiny crockpot for chili cheese dogs for dinner. Did a load of laundry and I need to put clean linens on the bed.

We have the electrician coming tomorrow morning and then the handyman is coming after that to install my wall oven.

I'm starting my Buffett list... trying to figure out what foods to take and there's the age old debate...jello shots or pudding shots. Found a recipe for Key Lime Pie Pudding shots that sound really good. I also have decided on a Margarita Bar. (Think lemon bars but made with lime and tequila) The hardest part is some kind of delicious main dish that can be served room temperature or cold.

Afternoon BN.

It's mostly sunny & very humid outside. They say possible storms this evening.

Still glancing at LN site to see the fluctuation in Official Platinum prices for Blossom. Such BS that they can do that

Having issues with our cable boxes. I have had to call the company 2X recently & both times recording said expected 20 min hold. I held & it was right at 20 min both times. Decided to try online chat today to see if it would be quicker. Wellll I've been 'in queue' since 11:30 & I'm now #2 🙄

I agree with you on the Key Lime Pie Pudding shots....there will be plenty of jello shots floating around.

After getting someone at 12:19, short & long of it is that I have to call (no option to online chat) another department. He even told me it would be a long hold to reach someone

Gaaah, I'm going outside to pressure wash (take out some aggression on) the patio

Cable companies stink.

Guess I slept through a tornado watch last night. I did hear it pour though.
