Can’t sleep so woke up a little after 3 am. Feeling Nostalgic so first I watched a rerun (obviously) episode of the hit ABC show NYPD Blue. Always enjoyed that series.

Later tonight going to see a performance by the superstar band from the late 60’s/early 70’s Three Dog Night (Currently 1 Dog Night). Only 1 of the 3 original three lead singers remain on the road (Danny Hutton) along with one of the original guitarists.
Nonetheless, many of the great songs will be played & sung along to. I believe it’s been maybe 4-5 years since I’ve seen Three Dog (again a 1 Dog version that featured singer Chuck Negron).
So in honor of tonight I’m hoping we all can embrace the fact that the world is Black and White, provide some Joy To The World, enjoy an Old Fashioned Love Song, and Celebrate, Celebrate, Dance to the music.......

Good morning Ken and Debbie. My older sister was crushing on 3 Dog Night when the first album came out. Enjoy the show!

We had a completely different 3 dog night... when I got home from work yesterday I was greeted by a mess in the laundry room created by one of the big dogs...and Bryan was greeted by another this morning when he got up for work. I believe it is a problem with the big guy as he has already made 2 deposits this morning in the yard. So, no food for him this morning and I have picked up their food dishes and rugs in the laundry room and I'll be stressing about the situation all day...but I'm scheduled for work today. Hoping things are quiet enough for me to get off early...

Annnd he puked just as I was ready to walk out the door....oy vey

update on our mall shooting from Sunday.....

District Attorney says:

"Teen charged with attempted murder, endangering dozens in Park City shooting; bystander won't be charged"

the 16yr old is being charged with 52 counts of endangering others, in addition to the attempted murder charge & several firearms violations.

Our state law for carrying a concealed weapon trumps the mall policy and the bystander was following the law so the mall may not proceed with any legal action against the bystander.

I am officially calling it Happy Hour..........

Next door neighbor is hosting Happy Hour this week. He normally has "Yacht Rock Radio" playing on XM / Sirius on the patio. Not a bad channel. And has I think has 5 beers on tap, more than I do. One is always a local Pale Ale which works for me.

Awww thanks Nancy! I wasn't able to get off early but I was pleasantly surprised when I got home and there was no messes waiting for me. I gave him part of his dinner and we'll see how he does overnight.
