Good evening boys and girls.
Yesterday, after work, I went to another PT appointment. I was pleased with the results on Tuesday. Yesterday, after doing the same exercises, my sciatic nerve decided to protest, and no matter what she did to massage it out, it didn't help. I slept all of 4 hours last night, and couldn't move this morning. So I stayed home. My 5th sick call in 3.3 years.
Slept a bit, and sat in an upright chair most all of the day.
Had a good date night dinner out - and hope tomorrow is better - we have a Mom visit and a hockey game.
