Thanks for sharing!!
First ever Pine Knob concert for me was summer of 1976...on a last minute whim....ZZ Top with special guest REO Speedwagon. Was amazed to see someone bring in a keg of beer smack dab in the middle of the lawn. Came back 2 nights later to see The Doobie Brothers with special guest Heart! Those were the days!
Disappointed Jimmy wasn't able to come back for the "reincarnation" of Pine Knob which opened in 1972.

Well.. real late in the game but never holding out hope. On occasion Jimmy has made a late announcement for a show prior to kicking off a leg. It seems those shows are a bit of a tune up before cranking it up for the rest of the leg.
With a long break after Alpine, and a Mac show at the Detroit Golf Club on Oct. 2, mayyyyybe that could signal a possibility of an Oct. 1 indoor show? LCA perhaps?
