The Pelicans started the season the way they ended last season. They lost 5-2, made 3 errors and struck out 15 times. It's only one game but with 20 players back from last year's bad team I'm expecting another playoff-free season

Hi there! We went to New York state nd had the weather change every half hour from sun to rain to snow. Five miles from home we hit a mile long hill covered in snow and ice.
I read good news last night. The Pittsburgh show will have a pre-concert party at a nice hotel with good rates.

So far, the Astros are doing well...won the first 2 games.
Yesterday was 12-5. It was on Apple tv so I couldn't watch it but could keep up with the score. Sounded like Astros were knocking home runs. Even the new
SS hit his first in the majors.

Mmmm....gin & anything. Love it but it doesn't love me.

Aloha, peeps. Crazy spring weather in Vacationland. Warm, cold, rain, sun, wind always. Finally cleared out this afternoon and we even had a rainbow!

I worked today. Then went to look at a junk lawn tractor Bryan and SIL are going to go get it tomorrow. (I'll be doing laundry and cooking for the upcoming week) Monday the middle daughter is having some outpatient surgery and next weekend she'll come to dog sit when we travel to NY to see the grandkids for Easter
Right now I'm going to finish my margarita, take some Tylenol and go to bed early. TTTThats all Pholks.

Another boring day of recovery. But we went to the grocery store today, my first time in 3 weeks. E did all the work (pushing cart, getting things off of the shelves), but it was the most I've done in a while.

Tomorrow we'll be visiting Mom, who I haven't seen since March 20th.

We're watching DU Mens hockey in the National Championship. They're down 1-0.

Molly - good luck on the stress test. Hopefully the docs will find something, and it'll be something minor.

DU went on to win 5-1, and took their 9th National Championship. Tied with Michigan for the most National Championships.

Sorry about the snow & ice but we won't have to worry about that July 16
