Stupid day at work so far - the main program that I use for employee timecards is down. NOT GOOD!!

Ridiculous wind again today, gusts expected around 80 mph. But temps in the upper 80's!

Quick Birthday shoutout to my fiance Lynn. By her fuzzy math she's now 2 years older than me

Still trampling through clients paperwork that is due this coming Monday. Of course trusting the US Postal Service to get it there timely is a roll of the dice so Doc will be doing his impression of (choose your fav) UPS/FedEx/Amazon delivery service...

We've got a beautiful Saturday coming tomorrow after showers this afternoon (bites, Grandson has track meet I was hoping to attend).
Will try & knock the Saturday chores out early morning to be able to enjoy our 70+ temps.

Hope all of you Parrotfesters are tearing it up in PA! So jealous..... ENJOY!!

I was sick yesterday but went to work. Woke up this morning still feeling like crap so I called off. I felt bad leaving the shop basically unattended but it couldn't be helped. My boss has Covid but went in after hours and got everything else done for today and I am assuming that she will have to do the same if there are corsages that need done for prom tomorrow.
I've been surviving on NyQuil, margaritas and sleep . Speaking of...I'm due for a shot of NyQuil, a shower and a nap . Wish me luck.

I didn't listen to the show last night, the Hurricanes game was on TV, but I notice they did Mailbox Money. I guess Jimmy jump started his Johnson and spread his love around.

Ah... teenage minds! We have personalized plates on our cars; JOHNSON on MrsSPH's and NOSNHOJ on mine. When our she-keets were in middle school, MrsSPH had a red Windstar van and the girls were always embarrassed when mom picked them up after school. It seems the boys would all say "here comes your mom with the big red johnson"... mom wasn't aware of the urban slang definition and didn't know what the problem was.
