I now have the laryngitis that Kevin had last Sunday. I may be working from home tomorrow.

The Pelicans have won 9 of their last 10 games and are in first place. Maybe I'll wait to see how the weather looks later this afternoon, then go online and buy a ticket for tonight's game.

Good morning boys and girls!

This past week has been a blur. I was only working 6 hour shifts, and when I came home I was pretty exhausted. I even napped!!

Friday afternoon I got my second shingles vaccine. Only reaction is a bit of a sore arm.

I cooked dinner for E and me yesterday. Only I haven't learned to cook for two, so we're bringing leftovers to Cameron this morning, before we head to visit Mom. It was a chili cheese dog casserole. It was yummy! And some caramel cinnamon bananas.

Has turned into a Hooters lunch day in Macon, GA........why didn't they build girls like that when I was young??

Hi there! We went to our neighbor's birthday party on their covered porch. His birthday is comong up, but open-heart surgery comes before the date, so he was proactive.

We took a drive for brunch at a place up the coast. New spot for us but same owners as one of our regular hangouts. It was absolutely wonderful. Now Lr. Lime is prepping up some rigatoni bolognese for dinner.

Has turned into a Hooters lunch day in Macon, GA........why didn't they build girls like that when I was young??

Because back then women couldn't wear clothes shorter then ankles.

I did some chores and light cleaning...then I made 3 flavors of pudding shots for this week of Mother's day hell. I made a new flavor Creamsicle, Mocha and Key Lime Pie. Bryan wanted to make some Lemon Meringue Kiss Cookies so I helped him and they are in the oven. He's going to grill Peppercorn Chicken for a nice salad for dinner.
