Travel to Atlanta, Macon & Detroit is finally in the final stage. At the DTW airport enjoying a few cold beverages at the Sky Club waiting for the big silver tube to take me back to Atlanta and then to the Sun Shine State.

Long week, but a highlight of meeting the Good Dr. and enjoying some laughs!!!!!!

MrsSPH is a retired RN too... Being married to an RN is a good thing, she's always there when I need a little TLC; but it's a bad thing too, she's always there to tell me what I shouldn't be doing. I don't need to count carbs or calories or drinks ... she's always there to count them for me...

At mama moog house for her 80th birthday

I just heard on ESPN that today is the 34th anniversary of former New Jersey Devils coach Jim Schoenfeld getting into an argument with the referee during a playoff game and yelling at him to "get another doughnut, you fat pig." He was suspended for one game and forced to apologize to the referee.

It's also Willie Mays' 91st birthday. He was my favorite baseball player when I was a kid, even though the Giants moved out of NY when I was 5 years old and I only got to see him play in person once.

My middle daughter is an RN too. My 2nd SIL is an RN and my deceased mom was an LPN and went on to get her RN and CNOR degree.

I worked 10.5 hours today and there's one more day to go. May 8th is Mother's day as well as the 20th anniversary of the sudden death of my baby brother at the tender age of 26. I'll be spending mother's day making a trip to the cemetery. After that if I'm lucky I can get in a nap.
We have 90+ orders for delivery tomorrow and about 40 for Monday...
