I didn't sleep at all last night. Just wasn't sleepy. I am all screwed up on my sleep patterns.
Hoping tonight will be better.

Astros play KC early this afternoon. Hope they play better than yesterday.

I didn't even know Buffett was in the Woodlands last night. Didn't see any tv blurbs, or fb or anything. I don't know that any of the BN group was there.

Scan was fine, nothing abnormal showed up. Had interesting interaction with the young technician doing the test. I don't know if it's a new set of standard questions, or just him, but first he asked me "to the best of your knowledge, have you had any surgeries in the past 30 days?" and then he asked me "do you recall having any x-rays in the last 3 days?" I replied "I'm here for a Lung Scan, not a memory test."
Then, when the test was over and I climbed off the exam table, he said "OK, you're free to go" and led me towards the exit door. I held up my arm with the IV set-up still hanging from it and asked him if he wanted to remove it before I left/

Laundry and cleaning up around here. I worked yesterday, but on another note... Bryan is starting a new job tomorrow as a claims specialist for State Farm and the best part is that he gets to work from home ! It will eliminate a 70 minute (each way) commute which with gas prices is nothing to sneeze at. He also recently got a diagnosis of Cervical dystonia and had started Botox injections in the neck to try to treat the spasms and the headaches they cause, so less stress caused by the commute won't hurt!
I think he's going to be cooking up a batch of his famous BBQ sauce today as well! I'm thinking about grilling some BBQ chicken for dinner tonight! Happy Sunday Pholks!

on my favorite barstool at the PNS airport. Start of 4 weeks in a row, with a few weeks of "Dive Bar" searching.....not this week however, unless I can find one in Indianapolis.

"The Last Waltz", Martin Scorsese's film of The Band's last concert, was on TCM at 2:00am. I've never seen it so I DVR'd it and I'm watching it now. My dentist when I lived on Long Island was Dr. Frank Scorsese. I always wondered if he was related to Martin but I wasn't nosy enough to ask. One time he told me he had been called for jury duty and when they saw his name one of the attorneys asked if he was related to Martin. They're cousins.

We had grandson Austin overnight as a result of our family dinner with the kids and Kevin’s mom before Brandon leaves for his military training.

Got up and went to church then hung out before the parents returned for him at noon. Then off to a friends pool for a few hours.

Just had spaghetti squash that I made in the crock pot. Kevin Topped his with butter and parm cheese. I chose pesto and parm cheese for mine.

We’re heading out to the start of a local park amphitheater concert series. Tonight is 7 Bridges…..an awesome eagles tribute band. We have beautiful weather so it will be a great night !!
