Good afternoon Penny and Ken. We had some much needed rain overnight and there's more in the forecast for every day this week. The Pelicans are playing at home this week, they might have some problems getting all the games in if the forecast is right.

Off to the Red Cross for my monthly platelet donation.

She's doubled her weight and grown 4 inches.

Thundered part of the day yesterday with not a drop of rain. Not a drop. It rained across the freeway but not here. Cloudy again today. Maybe we will get something today.

Perfect Gulf Coast day here......lots of sun, heat and humidity with a nice ocean breeze..

Hi there! I have a good fishing tan and use sun screen, but 7 hours on water made me red. Anne made shrimp scampi with cole slaw for dinner. Life is good.

After a day off, Astros are playing Mets...again. Almost a week in NY!

Just finished mowing the yard....not bad.....just over an hour and 3 beers.....should have cross cut and gotten in the full 6 beers.....think the wife did a half bottle of wine just watching.....

One of my favorite sports is cutting my lawn.....

Helped our friend who owns the beachfront condo paint her master bedroom closet which has been gutted and now awaits new carpet install and a custom built/designed closet system. It’s the least I can do for all our free beach weekends/visits. One of which will begin on Friday July 1.
