Good Morning BN’ers! Happy showday to those heading to Burgettstown! Have a fun and safe concert day. It will be good to have Jimmy and the crew back on radio Margaritaville tonight to hear what they have up their sleeve.

On the local front it will be Thompson reunion Saturday. While we won’t match the 23,000 Phamily members that will be attending in PA, we’re hopeful for a decent turn out.

Good morning everyone.

Our German club had our annual Parrotfest last night. We hadn’t gone since 2019 although there was one last year. It was a beautiful night with lots of dancing and drinking with Jimmy and the Parrots.

This afternoon we are heading to a pool party hosted by a couple in our church “community group”. From there it’s a stop at a local bar to hear our friend and local trop rocker Heather Vidal.

For now I wait for my pancake made by chef Kevin then off to the gym.

I’ll be anxious to see pics and posts from our friends at the tailgate and show. We made that trip 3 times and enjoyed every minute with our BN and Steel City Fins Club friends.

I've seen Buffett in Pittsburgh 5 or 6 times, I always liked that venue. I still lived on Long Island the last time I went to the Burg so it's been at least 10 years.

Altuve was selected to All Star game but got hit on knee a few days ago. So, he won't we playing in the ASG.

Mom visit was .. fine. She sleeps through most of it, laughs when we laugh, but she doesn't know why she's laughing. Sigh.

Stopped at Trader Joe's for the first time. New store in the area, but not a big one. Found a few things. Prices are good, tho.
Then are usually grocery store.

Leaving shortly to finally see Top Gun. Looking forward to it.

Hopefully the weather holds for the good Pholks in Pittsburgh. It's overcast and drizzling off and on here today in the Valley.
Bryan finally got my oven repaired and re installed today. It's been about a month since it went out.
We decided to finish watching The Girl In The Picture and now we're starting The Thing About Pam.
We're making Cheese Steak Subs and homemade Mozzarella cheese Sticks for dinner. Yes I know. But I don't care.

We got 1/2 through our pool party/picnic and had just finished eating when the rain and t-storms showed up. We packed up and headed home. Quiet afternoon here which is nice once in a while.

Watching the Pittsburgh show and deciding that next year for our 25th show we will return for our 5th visit to the Burgh. The Steel City Fins Club sponsors an awesome pool party at a local hotel and charters a bus from that hotel for early entry into the lot. It’s an amazing time. We just need Jimmy to schedule
