Good morning Ken.

The Pelicans pitched a no-hitter last night. According to the article on the website, it's the 4th no-hitter in franchise history (1998 was their first season) and the second one this season. They also had one last season. I don't know when the other one was. In the 6 game series against Fayetteville last week their pitchers struck out 89 batters, almost 15 per game, with a high of 19 Saturday. Somehow they managed to lose 2 games.

ERCOT has ask that we don't use excessive electricity until after 8 pm. I plan to do laundry but it is in the afternoon, so I wait. And the next thing I know, I forget to start the washer. Ugh.

Hi there! I saw a VERY young physician's assistant about my arm pain. She was also tiny and asked if it hurt when she applied pressure. I almost laughed.

I saw an acquaintance from Cincy at Pittsburgh. He asked if I was coming and I told him I couldn't make it this year. Heavy sigh.

I went grocery shopping and they have Turkey Hill ice cream on sale. After yesterday's ice cream discussion, I bought vanilla salted caramel. If I don't like it, at least it won't be a waste of too much money.

We're in the middle of the summer slumps at the flower shop. So I get a second day off this week.
Tomorrow is my regular day off and I have my annual appointment with my cardiologist. Whoop Dee Doo.

Super busy at work for our payroll close day. I learned on Friday that I have access to a timecard program now, that I never had before. Made my life SO much easier.

I couldn't get in to it. Still some rectal and leg pain. See surgeon tomorrow for cyst. Then need oconolgist to ok steroid injection for s1 swelling causing hamstring pain. Nothing but problems since cancer
