Exactly....but the supposed "Interest and Offer" is extremely attractive. And like my wife said, we can surely attempt to take advantage of the situation, but then we would be committed to move forward if accepted.

Do you even want to move? It sounds like you socialize with your current neighbors a pretty fair amount.

No, we designed and built this house and it is on a premier lot on the golf course. But it all comes down to $$$.

We would not move far, and wouldn't effect our social life at all. It is just giving up the house. The thing I am thinking of, is that in 10 years, this is going to be way more for me to maintain than what I will be able and willing to due.
