We remember the beautiful, sunny, blue sky of 9/11/01.
Today at Ringville, the sky is grey and its dropping rain. After church I will be helping a friend organize her kitchen cabinets. Her pre-visit instructions were to empty all of them. Hopefully she will get an "A" on her homework assignment
There's rain in the forecast again but so far it's just overcast. I hope it stays like that, I have a baseball game to go to tonight. (And as I was typing that it started to rain.)
The Pelicans lost last night so that guarantees they'll have a losing record in the second half of the season. They're 31-33 with one game left, they're not rescheduling the game that was rained out Wednesday night.
It was 92°yesterday; that set a new record of 13 days of 90+° here. Due to the wildfires to the west of us, the skies are brown... In the late afternoon, Seattle had the most toxic air of any major city in the world. Seattle's air quality index was 196, Tashkent, Uzbekistan was second at 173. They're expecting us to get a coating of ash today.
I know the voices in my head aren't real, but sometimes they have really good ideas....

Lovely weekend in Vacationland. Sisters are in for a visit and weather is cooperating. We’ve been out on the boat, and hitting all the shops and restaurants (and bars ) around town.
Happy Sunday, y’all.
You only have two options - havin' fun or freakin' out...
The sun was out for a little while but it's raining again. If the game is rained out I wonder if I'll be able to use my raincheck for one of the playoff games? I don't want to have to wait until next April and let the Pelicans earn interest on my $17 for 7 months.
Hi there! Working on the project, I heard an idirect shout out on RM. A girl from Cincinnati said,"The craziest thing I've seen was a naked pirate painted aon a girl."
That was my naked pirate.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.
The Mariners took a 6-2 lead into the 9th against Atlanta but after 2 quick outs, the Braves scored 5 runs to take a 7-6 lead. In Seattle's half of the inning, Julio Rodriguez hit his second homer of the game to tie things up and then Eugenio Suarez hit his second homer of the game for the walk off win. Whew! They're still 11 games behind the Astros, but firmly in the wild card race.

Good evening gang.
Remembering 9/11 & all of those whose lives were affected by it.
Rainy lazy day for me. Another NFL season starts, another Lions loss. Tis what it is.
See y’all on Monday
Corona by day, Corona by night, any old time is just alright!

The job went very well. Tina had done her homework and we emptied, purged and moved things around her entire kitchen cabinets and drawers to make it function better for her and her hubby. We even got to the stuff under the kitchen sink. They are happy which makes me happy. They’ll get lots of steps in trying to find where everything is now located.

You want to come to Texas?
You could start upstairs and go room by room.

wellllll..we've never been to Texas.
A few years back we were tossing around moving near Dallas upon retirement. Now we're focusing on the SC area and the gulf side of Alabama and Florida. Sorry
