Mine has been that the entire room turns sideways, depending on the position of my head. I do some PT things in the AM, which are somewhat hard to accomplish as it makes the room go crazy but they help greatly after completing. I have had to cancel two trips as I cannot fly. Next trip is still scheduled for the first week of November, and hopefully I can do that one.

I am lucky to have a friend who is retired, but had treated many severe cases. Been following his instructions. Had a bit of a relapse on Saturday, but today was the first day that I actually felt 100% normal.
