Since we are in a small cul-de-sac with only a few homes we have never gotten many trick or treaters. There are also a lot of churches and businesses in Lancaster County who are now offering "Trunk or Treat" events. We have't bought candy for the little monsters for years.
Have a great day everyone.

We lived on a dead end gravel road that runs off a gravel road for 30+ years. No trick or treaters ever. Now we live in a lake community but they do an organized Trunk or Treat and that was on Friday. Still no trick or treaters. Happy Halloween

Good morning, Linda. I enjoyed Halloween art when I taught, but not so much now.

Good morning. The first 2 years I lived here I bought Halloween candy and I had no trick or treaters either year. I haven't bought Halloween candy since then and I still haven't had any trick or treaters. I'm hoping the streak continues this year. But I have the 6 month maintenance on my HVAC and plumbing today so I know at least 2 people will be knocking on my door sometime between 10:00am and 2:00pm.

Good Morning gang!
My house is on a well traveled paved 2 lane road with no sidewalks so it makes no sense to T&T. Sub divisions nearby so that's where to clean up on candy.
After a great weather weekend, today & tonight are drizzly & dismal. Damper on the Halloween situation but as previously noted truck & treat is a major deal nowadays & usually presented on the weekend prior. Most families seem to prioritize this nowadays.

Morning, peeps. Sunny and crisp, perfect Halloween weather. We donβt get tons of trick or treaters but the candy bucket is full. Any leftover will be devoured by the Keet and his friends next time they are up.

The plumber was here and everything is in good working order, now I have to wait for the HVAC guy. I hope he gets here soon, it's a beautiful 70+ degree day and I want to get outside and enjoy the good weather.
We have never had many Trick or Treaters in either house. So, a few years ago, we just turned out the lights. Not very neighborly,....
Ryan will buy cheap candy to put in ice cream. Lol
And besides, the first pitch is at 7:03.

I went to Old Chicago for a late lunch after the HVAC guy left and I had a perfect beer for Halloween - White Zombie.

Good afternoon boys and girls.
Busy Monday at work. And I'm sleepy!! All dang day. We had a pumpkin and costume contest here. A good handful of participants.
Almost time to leave, an errand after work, then I'm gonna crash early.
Doubtful any Trick or Treaters, as we live on the back side of the apartment complex, and I think we've only had them once in 12 years. But I have the candy, just in case.
TTFN.
