Big Powerball WEDNESDAY @ the MSC
So I guess today has another huge Powerball jackpot on the line of over a billion dollars.
I can't recall the last time I've played any form of lotteries.
Does the lottery need to reach a certain level before you play or are you a regular player?

Re: Big Powerball WEDNESDAY @ the MSC
Good morning Ken.
When I lived on Long Island I was a regular lottery player. I played the same numbers all the time for a year, then would change them every year on my birthday. The most I ever won was a little over $100. Since I moved to South Carolina I hardly ever play anymore, maybe I bought lottery tickets 5 or 6 times in the 10 years I've been here.

Morning BNers
Lottery? Played once when my parents were here. We bought 1 ticket for $1 and won $3! Haven't played since...quit when we were ahead. Lol
Doesn't the Astros/Phillies game have to be better than last night? Wow. What a disappointment.
Have an eye appointment in the med center today. Not my favorite, but gotta save what vision I have.

Afternoon All.
Just pulled in to this little dive bar in Atlantic City, Back Bay Ale House, for a beer and some wings.
Pretty rustic, but they do have a Parrothead license plate on the wall.

I am thinking I am at least 6 blocks off the boardwalk, sort of on the north side. Actually, I really don't know where I am. I was driving back to the hotel and just put in "bar and grille" into my GPS and this is where it took me.

Afternoon, kids.
Lottery? Yep. When we think about it, or if the jackpot gets REALLY big. We've won several times, but nothing to allow us to quit our jobs.
We have Powerball, Megamillions, and the Colorado lottery.
Good luck at the eye doc today, Molly. AND the baseball game, too.
Well, then - they can't be ALL bad, huh?
Work is work - busy, and have to cover the front desk in a bit for a few hours. When I walked in this morning at 6:45, the person at the front desk says, "Everyone is looking for you"! I turned around and headed back to the elevators. Yep, no less than FIVE people needed to ask me questions, and only TWO had anything to do with my job. They just think I am the go-to for everything.

Happy hump day, peeps.
I don’t think anyone from Maine has ever hit a big jackpot but we get a ticket when the prize gets ridiculous like this. Gotta be in it to win it. '

I went to a place called Pawleys Tap & Pour today. They have a wall of 40 beer taps, it's self-serve and you pay by the ounce. I started off with one of those beers that I tried because of the name - I had a Sandy Banana. I tried 4 different beers, between 4 and 8 ounces, and they were all pretty good. Good burger too.

Re: Big Powerball WEDNESDAY @ the MSC
I play the lottery with a few coworkers.
Today was a horrible day...we added probably 6 new funerals to the board and one of those was an 18 day old baby girl. Her mom and Dad were in inconsolable as expected.
Then I got some very crappy news regarding the middle problem child of mine...I'm just not sure what to do anymore
My youngest daughter is in Hawaii for work and her hubby went along so they will stay a few days since they weren't able to have a honeymoon due to covid.
My oldest daughter, SIL and grandbabies are coming for a visit. Arriving tomorrow! I have the rest of the week and weekend off! I need it after today.
