Good morning BN. It's a good day to stay clear of the shopping centers.

Good morning Bill. It's been raining all morning and the forecast is for rain all day. On the 11:00 news last night the weather guy said if you're going shopping on Black Friday you should look for deals on umbrellas.
I have an appointment to donate platelets at the Red Cross at 10:30. There's a Tanger Outlet Mall just down the road from the Red Cross and I have to drive by another mall on the way there. This should be fun, 2 malls and rain on Black Friday.

Good Morning Guys.
I believe once in my lifetime I actually stepped into a department store on Black Friday with the intent of buying a Christmas item.
Other than that one time.....hell no.
T minus 25 hours and 5 minutes until THE GAME!!

Let's do it

Aloha, lurkers.
No Black Friday for me. I hate shopping on a regular day, never mind all that stuff. It’s pouring here anyway, chilly and rainy all day. We have the fireplace going, just hanging in with leftovers and college football.

Afternoon BNers
No shopping here....not a chance. And it is 62 and drizzling. Nope. Think I will stay home.
Larry bought a 15 lb turducten, so we have plenty of leftovers.

It had stopped raining before I left home for my platelet donation and all the rain we were supposed to have the rest of the day has missed us so far, except for a little drizzle on the way home. There wasn't any traffic by the outlet mall but the other mall was a different story. There's a left turn lane at one of the traffic lights on Hwy. 17 to go to the mall. When I was going home from the Red Cross, a little after 1:30, traffic was backed up more than 1/2 mile at that left turn signal. I'm staying home the rest of the day.

High 70's today, but cloudy. Humidity was high making it feel real nice out. Shorts day.
I did something stupid. I went to Walmart around 8:30 AM to get a new monitor for my office. Place was empty..........
Afternoon BN'ers....

I was expecting a delivery from FedEx, it was supposed to be delivered next Monday. They sent me an email late Wednesday afternoon that the package would be delivered today instead. My delivery window was "by the end of the day". I'm still waiting. Does "by the end of the day" mean anytime before midnight?

Low key day here at Ringville. I did hit the local mall. Getting to it from the highway was a challenge but the sun was shining so I didn’t mind getting in some of my 10,000 steps a day goal. I was in and out with my stuff In about 15 minutes.
I just finished about 1/2 of our Christmas shopping on Amazon and 2 of the items were black Friday deals which was a nice surprise.
