After not being able to donate platelets last week because my hemoglobin was low, I made an appointment to donate whole blood this morning. My hemoglobin was higher than last week but still too low to donate. Dark chocolate is supposed to be high in iron, maybe I should buy a family size bag of dark chocolate M&Ms.

I had a doctor's appointment last month. I told the doctor I used to be a runner when I was younger and asked if I could start to run again if I wanted to. She told she didn't see why not, I was in perfect health. I wanted to ask if she was sure she was looking at the right patient's records.
